GOLF
does it count as exercise, though?
Do you love going for walks? Do you like sports? Does gear get you excited? Then you might love GOLF. Golf is a sport where you get to hang out in a park for hours with your friends and hit a ball into a hole. Is it easy? No. Is it cheap? No. But can you pick it up quickly? Also no.
Golf can involve all sorts of special shoes and equipment and gear, plus knowing about “tee times,” which is really exciting if you’re interested in adding an entirely new dimension to your personality quickly. Once you have a set of clubs, you get to walk around with them, which everyone agrees looks extremely cool. It’s widely known that any activity with its own special bag is awesome (Camera bags? Cool. Chef knife bags? Incredibly cool. Makeup bags? Always cool). Golf bags have a lot of pockets for things like “balls,” “tees,” and other little thingies we’ve never even heard of (“divot tools”?). Again, pockets and bags are unquestionably very cool.
Curious, but still undecided? May we present: the driving range. For $10, you can hit 100 balls into a field without knowing anything about golf. The great news about the driving range is that you can say, “I’m gonna go to the driving range,” which sounds really mature, fun and sophisticated. They even have punch cards that will remind you of getting frozen yogurt in 1998.
